Update Ashley Jammers gitlab username
What does this do?
Updates gitlab username for team member Ashley Jammers on GitLab team page: https://about.gitlab.com/company/team/#ajammers
Why?
It currently links to https://gitlab.com/ajammers, which is not an active/registered username.
We sometimes use the GitLab username as it appears in team.yml to determine access to things that non-team members don't have, so we should update it or someone else could register it and get access.
