Refresh L&R workflow to propose L&R alignment with the rest of Support in this Support - Working on Tickets workflow and reference Internal Request SLOs, as part of RFC: [L&R] Support Documentation Refresh (gitlab-com/support/support-team-meta#5152 - closed).
