DRAFT : Move 1pass setup during onboarding

Why is this change being made?

During the onboarding process you are asked to setup Okta first rather then 1pass on your local machine. I propose that we set up 1pass first to ensure we are creating a secure password for both Otka and gitlab.com and saving it to 1pass rather then our local machine.Then ask users to auto generate a secure password for both using 1pass. This will provide more security and prevent users from using an easy password just to get things going with onboarding. It is also more in line with our Zero Trust way of thinking about security.

Promote Zero Trust

Enforce Zero Trust by setting up 1pass on local machine first.

Provide instruction to auto generate passwords

Request user to auto generate password for Okta and gitlab via 1pass application. This will ensure easy passwords are not used. Perhaps link password standards Password standards
