Clarify data classification in credit card removal requests

Why is this change being made?

We came across a ticket from a user who intended to remove the credit details from the account. There was some confusion while dealing with the request and this MR intends to:

1. Clarify how should we classify these requests according to our data classification standards
2. Agree on the message we should send after processing such requests

Author Checklist

• Provided a concise title for this Merge Request (MR)
• Added a description to this MR explaining the reasons for the proposed change, per say why, not just what
