Adding teams to Verify Product Designers' job titles

Why is this change being made?

Adding titles to designers' job titles in their team yml files should allow them to appear within the list of stable counterparts on the Verify Engineering page.

This should eliminate the need for Add product designers to stable counterpart lis... (!125014 - closed) and that MR can be closed once this is merged and changes are verified on https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/development/ops/verify/#stable-counterparts
