Delete old giveaways page

Why is this change being made?

This "giveaways" page contains all outdated info and processes that are no longer used. The page is causing confusion because it comes up in a search about swag. The Brand team is using this main swag page for all swag-related info, so the giveaways page is not needed.

@bbula confirmed in a Slack message with the Dev Evangelism team (the last ones to make a commit to the page) that it's not being maintained by them either.

Author Checklist
