Rename product intelligence group pages to analytics instrumentation

Why is this change being made?

Group Product Intelligence was recently renamed to Analytics Instrumentation. This change adjusts some of the relevant Handbook pages to the new name. It does not aim to be exhaustive in favor of making smaller iterative changes. For more info see gitlab-org/gitlab#408798 (closed)
