Why is this change being made?

This MR fixes a broken link in GitLab Strategy and Operations (Workplace) Team Handbook page.

Proposed solution

According to my research, in every podcasting service (Spotify, Apple Podcast, Listen notes, etc.), when you find and play this episode, an error arises because the source doesn't exist anymore.

Apparently unbabel.com is no longer a podcast service, now, they offer other services.

From archive.org Wayback Machine, the last valid capture was on April, 2021.

So, as we can't locate a valid link where the podcast could be listened to, the proposed solution of this MR is to delete the entry from the resources.
