Why is this change being made?

An MR to:

• redirect the anti-retaliation HB page to sit directly in Legal (the same as the other policies) rather than as a sub-heading/page to re-seller flow through; AND
• to make 2 minor edits to add the effective date and policy approver in the same format as other legal/GitLab policies and add formatting where needed
