Draft: Update direction pages for Fulfillment Platform group

Why is this change being made?

Due to the recent addition of the Fulfillment Admin Tooling category to the Fulfillment Platform group we want to reflect that in our mission and therefore want to move the direction pages from the group level to the category level (Fulfillment Infrastructure, CustomerDot Application and Fulfillment Admin Tooling).

This MR updates the current Fulfillment Platform direction page to be transformed into the category Fulfillment Infrastructure direction page
