Draft: MR to update the People policies HB page to move legal/people policies from the Legal HB page

Why is this change being made?

This change, as part of the legal, Employment FY24Q1 OKR to identify people policies which should be translated into local languages, aims to consolidate all people policies in a single location on the People Policies page of the HB (moved - but cross referenced from the Legal HB page) and to add a reference to entity-specific employment policies to make all of the applicable policies easy to find for team members.
