The purpose of this Merge Request is to add @mhamda as a database reviewer for GitLab.

Following a conversation with my mentor @ahegyi, we have concluded that it would be beneficial for me to advance as a database reviewer for GitLab. This will enable me to review a greater number of MRs related to database changes and tackle more complex challenges.
