Update compute credit and ZD Mechanizer app Support workflows

Why is this change being made?

In the process of creating workflow for adding compute credits as an act of goodwill (i.e product bug, unplanned GitLab.com downtime, performance issues etc...) found a few outdated references to deprecated Mechanizer form, updating to reference ZD Mechanizer App.
