Data Intelligence Job Family

Why is this change being made?

Data Intelligence is a new department to GitLab and has not yet established a new job family page. We are also moving the Senior Manager job description from the Sales Operations page to the Data Intelligence page, updating the format to match what we are doing with the other job descriptions, and updating the manager to reflect the management change.

Author Checklist
