Improve instructions for setting up handbook search shortcuts

Why is this change being made?

The current instructions for setting up the handbook search result in a site wide search making it difficult to find handbook results. This updates the instructions to narrow the scope for handbook search to only include the handbook by updating the text instructions and the Chrome screenshot. The Firefox screenshot was already correct.
