Adding Instructions for Booking Coffee Chats with Executives Who have EBA Support

Why is this change being made?

We are adding an update to the coffee chat scheduling guidelines for more effective EBA calendar support for executive leadership. A link to the EBA handbook page was added in order for team members to reference which EBA to contact for coffee chat scheduling. Currently, coffee chats are being added to executive leaders' calendars that conflict with existing meetings.
