DRAFT: Create xMAU Investigation Guide handbook page

Dave Peterson requested to merge dpeterson1-master-patch-73929 into master

Why is this change being made?

Objective To create a handbook page for PMs and analysts to visit when they are investigating commonly-experienced data questions (such as GMAU declines). On this page, there will be short explanations of existing dashboards and user guides to either outright solve GMAU questions or provide a springboard for custom analyses. The dashboards I have listed are centered around xMAU trend investigations, but I’m open to expanding if there are other common use cases that y’all receive from your teams.
