Add #f_container_scanning to CA support channel to monitor

Why is this change being made?

The #f_container_scanning slack channel was created to facilitate the feature handover. However support questions tend to get surfaced there from time to time.

This update will ensure that CA engineers on reaction rotation support will keep an eye on this channel.
