Remove Red Team Office Hours

Why is this change being made?

This MR removes the "Red Team Office Hours" section. This initiative did not gain traction, and it is not something we currently have the resources to support.

Alternatively, we have created a Slack channel that is open to all team members (#g_security_redteam). We encourage anyone interested in chatting or just observing our conversations to drop by.
