Add profile pic for Matt Genelin

Why is this change being made?

I would like to add my own Profile Pic to the page so people can see my face. Why? I am in a sales role, and having consistent picture of me across Slack, Linkedinn and such provides confidence that anyone is talking to the correct Matt Genelin or @mgenelinatgitlab. I want to install trust and confidence in people.
