Updating Concurrent Subscriptions section of Deal Desk Handbook with details regarding (almost) expired SaaS Subscription with Privilege Access Token (P.A.T)

Why is this change being made?

Provide clarification on how rep should handle extension of almost expired SaaS subscriptions with privilege access token. Trial SaaS cannot be used. New Subscription must be provisioned.
