Mark Bogdan Denkovych as a trainee database maintainer to indicate the intention
Why is this change being made?
In !114860 (merged) I became a database reviewer. The Trainee maintainer role became the same as the Reviewer, except it indicates the intention of a GitLab member to pursue maintainership. I am very interested in improving my DB expertise and, as result, I would like to become a database maintainer sometime in the future. By this MR I want to indicate my intentions.
Though tracking progress isn't required anymore and it didn't work for me while becoming a backend maintainer, I think tracking my progress on becoming a database maintainer will help me.
