Combine "Well-managed meetings" with "Key review meetings" tenets

Why is this change being made?

On the TeamOps - Everyone Contributes handbook page, we can currently find both Key review meetings and Well-managed meetings tenets. There is a repetition as Group conversations are used as examples for both these tenets. My recommendation is to combine the two tenets under one: Well-managed meetings and have one paragraph for Key review meetings and one for Group conversations as examples of well-managed meetings.
