Remove pre_get_sources from Runner in 15.8 release post, was moved into 15.9
Why is this change being made?
I was reading the release post for 15.8 and was interested in the pre_get_sources
feature in GitLab runner. The linked issue is open because of a revert, and the updated MR is not yet merged, thus the feature moved to GitLab 15.9. The Runner changelog already is updated.
