Add Breach and Attack Simulation Jobs to be Done

Why is this change being made?

The Jobs to be Done for BAS were not well defined outside a list of possible features. This follows the suggested JTBD format for incubation projects. I also deleted market details aren't useful on the handbook and have been moved these to a research task under the BAS meta project.
