Update MS&P HB Page to reflect FY24 team structure

Why is this change being made?

This MR updates the Marketing Strategy & Performance page to Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Analytics so that the page accurately reflects the current team structure. Changes include:

1. Updating team name to Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Analytics
2. Removing Digital Experience and Growth Product
