Remove link to Focus and link to PIs in Internal

Why is this change being made?

The text associated with "Focus" on the categories page isn't formatting as a link.

It's because these "Focus" links used to link to the Performance Indicator (PI) related to the Focus.

Now, those PIs are found in the Internal Handbook (IH) and some of the Focus values indicated in stages.yml don't have PIs in the IH.

I suggest we remove the "Focus" links and simply link to the Section's PI page in the IH.

Changes

• Link to "Performance Indicators" in the Section data if the Section is listed under "Performance Indicators > Product" in the IH
• Removes the "Focus" text from the group data
