Creating redirect for financial services

Why is this change being made?

the link https://about.gitlab.com/solutions/financial-services/ in the main navigation is returning a 404. The page was removed on Jan 6th but the link still remains in the menu. We need to create a redirect and replace the nav link with an alternative link.
