Update_ListImports_tokens, LIM, and event notes_Importprocess

Why is this change being made?

Per feedback from FMM team: "Ok thanks for confirming! Can the handbook be updated with these details and updated to explain that those tokens are not actually required if they are not included in the Marketo templates? Just want to make that clear b/c with the instructions as-is, it sounds like something will break now if we don't have those as they are stated as required. Thanks!"
