Added family violence to PTO page

Why is this change being made?

This MR calls out Family Violence as a reason to use the unlimited PTO benefit. The MR also mentions other ways that team members can get support from GitLab.

This MR is important as it explicitly acknowledges the prevalence of domestic violence and hopefully by doing so, helps affected team members recognize domestic violence situations earlier.

Further, this MR helps managers understand domestic violence scenarios better, including that violent partners may be reading someone’s communication.
