Fix broken links to release category

Achilleas Pipinellis - OOO until November 25th (parental leave) requested to merge releases-links into master

!11690 (merged) was merged, but I didn't check for links pointing to the old category :/

It looks like though that there are still links to /blog/categories/release/ and they should also be changed or removed. See the following messages on Slack:
