Revisit pipelines for the Data team

Why is this change being made?

Explore the new format of exposing the pipeline's description and usage. Will focus on:

• reorder the pipelines in a logical part as per the use case
• rename the pipelines to be more descriptive
• add state machine diagram for the pipeline usage
• think and discuss about re-organizing the page
