fix: Change relative links to swag store -> absolute links
Why is this change being made?
Currently the links on this page about the swag/merch workflow don't have https://
in the URL which causes our site to interpret them as relative links https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/marketing/brand-and-product-marketing/brand/merchandise-handling/shop.gitlab.com
for example. Adding https://
should cause them to render correctly.
I've added team members as best as I can determine to reviewers and assignee (sourced from maintainers on the page) but that may need iteration since I'm a new team member and there may be more appropriate team members I'm not aware of.
