What was changed
This is the layout for the new blog homepage, the file edited were just sites/uncategorized/source/blog/index.html.haml
The other files we created so we wouldn't have problem of editing something being used to other blog page.
New files/components are:
- "includes/blog/hero-section"
- "includes/newsletter-signup-short-refresh.html"
- "includes/blog/search-filters"
- "includes/blog/recent-posts"
- "includes/blog/simple-blog-category-list"
All of them can be checked on Changes tab
What may be different
Since the toggle button could take too long to be done we replaced it with a regular title

Also we noticed that we don't have a "trending" category for the posts, so instead we used the "featured" category but kept the 'treading' as a title for the sections/titles.
Those changes were reviewed together with @jhalloran .
