Update Privacy Handbook Page

Why is this change being made?

The /handbook/legal/privacy pages need to be refreshed and overhauled as they are outdated by several years. This MR will make changes to several pages maintained by Legal Privacy to reflect current data privacy law obligations and compliance, provide current terminology for privacy definitions, and bring the pages in alignment with the look and feel of other team pages (adding channels to contact the team).

These updates will benefit Team Members and further the privacy program training and awareness goals.

  • If this is a change that directly impacts the majority of global team members, it should be a candidate for #company-fyi. Please work with internal communications and check the handbook for examples.
