Improved heroes page adding topic and areas of interest

Why is this change being made?

Related to #14245 (closed)

This MR updates the heroes page by showing other informations, such as domains of expertise and areas of interest, and add a "detail" view similar to the one present on the GitLab Team members page, where additional informations are shown 🙂
