Reorder Mission Position on Cadence page

Why is this change being made?

When Sid was prepping for the McKinsey report interview, he mentioned that the order of the Mission was oddly positioned. At the top of the page in the Overview section, Mission is listed first. How, details about Mission are listed at the very bottom of the webpage. Moving this section up so it appears before Vision (instead of after).
