November iteration to company vision

Why is this change being made?

As the ITSM market and DevOps market begin to overlap, functionality like Service Desk and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) will become key components to the DevSecOps platform and xOps/AllOps. This trend has started already and, as such, makes it part of our Phase II vision.
