Blog: How to continuously test websites and APIs with Hurl and GitLab CI/CD

Why is this change being made?

This blog post about Hurl is inspired by a high performing share on Twitter (58k impressions); and @leetickett asking in Slack (internal) whether Hurl for testing websites and APIs can be integrated into GitLab CI/CD. A few cycles later, a tutorial blog post has been written and has gotten longer than expected.
