Update office equipment supplies to include internet/5G modem

Why is this change being made?

With threatening or already existing black outs (South Africa rolling Blackouts) or planed cuts of the electricity, GitLab Team Members have to provide on their own a device, which grants their work laptop access to the mobile networks. To make this expensable, I created this MR.
