Remove the openSuSE 15.4 announcment from 15.6 blog post

Why is this change being made?

Removes the openSUSE Leap 15.4 announcment, as the final MR for that was not completed for 15.6 (we will get it wrapped up for 15.7) - gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab!6499 (merged)
