Update office equipment supplies to include tablets (Android or IPad)

Why is this change being made?

Problems, which can be solved with a tablet in the work setup of a GitLab Team Member:

1. With the mandatory WebAuthn adoption at GitLab, GitLab team members are unable to login into GitLab offers like LinkedIn Learning, Bambu or learning.oreilly.com away from an enabled device (TouchId on their work Mac, YubiKey in the workstation that they want to use). This hinders continuous learning efforts and minimizes the benefit for employees with those benefits.
2. With threatening or already existing black outs (South Africa rolling Blackouts), GitLab Team Members have to provide on their own a device, which grnats their work laptop access to the mbolie networks.
3. Modern Laptops, even Macs, have awful Webcams.
4. A second screen is necessary for knowledge work.

• Regarding 1: A tablet with activated WebAuthn on the work/okta account let’s the GitLab Team Member learn from anywhere at any time they want to advance their goals with the benefits of GitLab. It also enables controlled access to GitLab Tools on a short notice in an impromptu meeting with prospects or customers.
• Regarding 2: A cellular enabled Tablet can provide access to the internet for itself and a tethered device for several hours in case of a blackout. In extreme cases, it can be the device that stays continuously in a virtual meeting with a customer, while all other devices have shut down.
• Regarding 3: A tablet is much better for video calls and can be used in a work from anywhere setup for video conferencing
• Regarding 4: A Tablet can be used as a second screen connected as a sidecar for a Mac or desktop extension for Android.
