Update Team member YML files for Product, UX, Product Management, and Product Monetization

Why is this change being made?

In support of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/issues/13955, this MR makes the following changes to team member yml files:

• Replaces occurrences of "Product Team" with "Product"
• Replaces "Product Management" with "Product Monetization & Operations" for members of Product Data Analysis, Fulfillment, Pricing, and Product Operations

The members of Product Data Analysis, Fulfillment, Pricing, and Product Operations were determined by referring to the Org Chart with the exception of Product Operations which still shows to report to @david
