Update the link to homepage yaml to point to new branch

Why is this change being made?

The link to "Homepage YAML" in the Overview section of the release post MR template was pointing to main instead of the X-Y branch that gets created automatically during kick-off.

This MR will update that link so that X-Y gets replaced with the correct version number.
