Update link on 'Red Team' job families page after target page had a section renamed

Why is this change being made?

A site page linked from here had a header changed ~2 months ago (in 29cd0a2f) so this current link just goes to the target page instead of the correct section. This just changes the link to the same section under the new name. Possibly a link to just the page would be acceptable in which case the section could be dropped from the link.

Also on this note, job-families/engineering/red-team (and other jobs) appear to be all under engineering still when a lot of target pages related to security were moved out of /engineering, not sure if any links for job-families stuff should change or not. See cefb6de6
