Update Linux hardware to match M1 Max config

Thomas Randolph requested to merge thomasrandolph-master-patch-05775 into master

Why is this change being made?

  1. The linked configuration for Linux laptops is "out of stock" and likely will never be back in stock, as it's obsolete technology.
  2. The new linked configuration matches the Mac hardware specification.
  3. The update from 512GB to 1TB SSD matches the minimum configuration for an M1 Max Macbook Pro.

Sidenote

The Macbook Pro hardware specifications list either 14" or 16" Macbook Pro with either 512GB or 1TB SSD, configured with M1 Max, but only the 16" model has an option for an M1 Max.
In that configuration (16" M1 Max), there is no option for 512GB SSD. The base model has 1TB of storage. What is more preferable: more screen sizes, or getting the M1 Max? Should the 14" / 512GB / M1 Pro configurations simply be removed?

Caveat here: new models are rumored to be due out later this year. Perhaps not worth changing anything until those are announced.
