Added New Column for "Segmentation" under "Gainsight Scorecard Attributes and Calculations" table
Why is this change being made?
As we continue to expand, we will have metrics that will pertain to certain CSM segments and not others. This column is added to clarify that the ROI, Persona Engagement and Meeting Cadence metrics do not apply to Scale Customers. Also, CSM Sentiment does not apply to Tech Touch, together with the 3 mentioned before.
