Draft: Suggestion to include a new piece home office equipment - Radiator ventilators

Why is this change being made?

With energy prices skyrocketing, it might make sense to expand the list of approved home office equipment to include radiator ventilators, such as this one. They are an affordable way to be more sustainable and help create a comfortable office environment at home. Since laptop cooling pads are listed as approved equipment for particularly warm areas of the globe, radiator ventilators are important in particularly cold areas of the world.
