Release Post Documentation Tweaks

Why is this change being made?

We strive to keep our technical and process documentation up-to-date in keeping with our diversity, transparency, and iteration values.

This MR seeks to update documentation around the Release Post process, the role of the technical advisor, and documentation for process automation.

Author Checklist
