Draft: L&R Workflows - Adding notes to multi-year subscription workflow

Why is this change being made?

This change is to add further documentation to the multi-year subscriptions workflow.

The two edits are described in the following table:

Notes section An explanation of 'Ramp Deals', which is the term used to describe multi-year subscriptions in Zuora and inside the cDot codebase This may help SEs examine Zuora records and also to diagnose errors inside cDot
